大采高大断面切眼巷道快速掘进技术及应用

Application of Large Mining Height Large Section Cross Tunnel Rapid Excavation Technology

摘要: 以三交河煤矿为研究对象,针对矿井掘进巷道断面大、大采高、掘进速度相对较慢的情况,从综掘装备升级、技术参数优化、生产组织优化等方面进行优化改进。主要体现在:实现支护工作机械化,现在的CMM2-15C液压钻车代替过去的MQT-120风动锚杆钻机、MQS-45风动手持锚头,提高了效率,同时提高了施工过程的安全性|支护参数的优化,既节省了支护时间,又节省了材料|采用快速掘进技术之后,日进尺数由4.8m提高至10.2m|通过对快速掘进后的巷道顶板的连续需检测,发现该处巷道顶板稳定,无冒落风险。

Abstract: Regard a coal as the research object, in view of the large mining height, enormous section and low advance rate, through comprehensive tunneling equipment upgrading, technology parameters optimization, production organization optimization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the excavation. Compared wtih the traditional excavation method, the advantages of the rapid excavation can be revealed in the following aspects: realizing mechanization supporting work, using CMM2-15C hydraulic drill carriage instead of MQT-120 pneumatic roof bolter and MQS-45 pneumatic hand-held anchor head, which can save the workers' labor and improve the efficiency and safety of the construction process. Supporting parameters optimization not only saves the supporting time, but also supporting materials. After using the rapid excavation technology, daily progress of roadway increased from 4.8m to 10.2m, through continuous detection about roadway roof after rapid excavation, find that roadway roof’s the biggest separated strata are less than the limit, roof stability and no roof falling risks. The successful application of rapid excavation technology, effectively save the construction time limit for a project, improve efficiency, and it plays a big role for high production and efficiency of the mine.
